The goal of this site is to offer a different perspective of Cleveland sports from
the already great selection of Cleveland sports sites already out there today.
Die Hard Cleveland began in February of 2008 after site owner Chris Weizer left
Bitterfans.com, a site that had been running for two solid years prior to Die Hard's
inception. Chris is a software architect who liked the idea of working on one of
his great passions, Cleveland sports, using his knowledge in web site design and
development.
Chris also contributes to fellow Cleveland sports site
TheClevelandFan.com as a graphic designer and maintains several side projects
that are in development. While all that keeps the owner busy, Die Hard Cleveland
is his true passion and he plans on spending ample time putting together a great
site for all Cleveland fans.
Die Hard Cleveland wants nothing more than to end the 45 year wait in Cleveland
for a championship. We're talking 1964 since the old Cleveland Browns won it all
after dismantling the Baltimore Colts. Let's hope LeBron James and the Cavaliers
or one of the other two teams can end that drought soon. That may be around the
corner. It also might not be. But all the time invested in sports in this city will
not go to waste. When Cleveland wins it all, Die Hard Cleveland will be here to
celebrate and celebrate hard!
